Friendly English-speaking hosts, clean and comfortable room with great views from the balcony. Central location in a quiet street. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Well-maintained rooms with helpful staff. Breathtaking view from the balcony. Excellent location in the heart of the city. Spacious rooms with good Wi-Fi connection. Elevator available in the building.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the vibrant streets of Palermo day and night. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished with new furniture. I particularly loved having a small balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with a special mention to the fantastic mandarins jam that I couldn't get enough of. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, attention to detail, and excellent location.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.
